JIRANI254 is offered to members in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

These terms apply to everyone who uses JIRANI254. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Who can join

JIRANI254 is for adults aged 18 or over. One account per person. Use your real first name and keep your details accurate.

2. Be a good jirani

Be respectful. No harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats or discrimination. No pornography or sexual content. No political campaigning or party-political content. No rude or abusive language. No spam, scams or fake listings.

3. What you post

You are responsible for what you post (posts, comments, photos, videos, stories, listings, questions and answers). Only post things you have the right to share. You let JIRANI254 show your posts to other members inside the app. We may remove anything that breaks these terms and suspend or close accounts that do.

4. Businesses and listings

Businesses are responsible for their own listings, prices and services. Admins check listings and badges before they go live, but JIRANI254 does not guarantee any business. Always check details yourself.

5. Information, not advice

Scholarships, jobs, visas, money and other guides are general information, not professional advice. Check the official website or a regulated professional before you act.

6. Travel and bookings

JIRANI254 is not a travel agency. Booking requests are passed to a partner travel agent, who contacts you, agrees the price and takes payment. Your contract is with the partner, not JIRANI254.

7. Partners

Some partners (for example education agencies) may pay JIRANI254 a fee when a member uses them. We label partners clearly.

8. Meeting people

Meet in public places, tell someone where you are going and never send money or ID documents to people you meet online. Report anything that feels wrong.

9. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep JIRANI254 safe and working, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. We are not responsible for what members or businesses say or do, as far as the law allows.

10. Changes, contact and law

We may update these terms and will tell you in the app. Questions: admin@jirani254.com. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, Northern Ireland or Ireland, you may also bring a claim in the courts where you live, and you keep any rights that the consumer law of your country gives you, which these terms cannot take away.
